The fresh white coconut meat is grated and dehydrated at controlled low temperature to maintain its nutritional profile. The dehydrated coconut meat is then cold-pressed to extract the oil using a cooling system. Extracted oil is filtered then air dried to remove moisture and immediately packed in an air-tight container. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil retains all the nutty coconut flavor and nutrients and is the premium grade Coconut Oil for health.
